Demetre Fraser: Police cleared over Druids Heath tower block death plunge
A police watchdog has cleared officers of any blame after a man died when he fell from the 11th floor of a Birmingham tower block in a bid to escape arrest. The Independent Police Complaints Commission ruled that officers who attempted to apprehend Demetre Fraser from an address in Moor House, Druids Heath, were not to blame for his death.
