The Backdrop

4WardEverUK’s case profiles are at the core of the information that we provide to the public. Since 2006 we have documented hundreds of cases related to custody deaths, state killings and abuse from all over the world, and we believe it is important that these stories are told, that injustice is exposed and challenged, and that the victims are afforded some dignity.

Our cases particularly focus on, and support, the call for police, penal and mental health reforms. For an end to custody deaths and abuse, wrongful convictions, the brutality of torture, genocide and capital punishment, other injustices and human rights abuses in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Profiles are continuously added to this website.

From the selection listed below please pick up to 2 cases at a time that you are happy to research and compile.

We are an inclusive and broad-thinking organisation, so please avoid being ‘over selective’ with your choices!

Once you have made your selection (in order for the list to be updated) please send an email to inform us asap to enquiries@4wardever.org.uk or 4wardeveruk@gmail.com.

When your cases are completed and submitted you can come back to this page and select another two, following the guidance above. Volunteer writers can complete this cycle as many times as they wish.
