The National Mikey Powell Memorial Family Fund (NMPMFF) is to launch its new ‘Two-Way Give-Back Shop’ by 15 August 2021 with support from the United Families & Friends Campaign (UFFC).
This event will mark the 18th anniversary of the death of Mikey Powell in West Midlands police custody, celebrates 5 years of the National Memorial Family Fund, and screening of the Ultraviolence film.
The National Mikey Powell Memorial Family Fund (NMPMFF) have introduced a brand new donation method which combines contributions to the Fund with a number of extra benefits.
The third Memorial Family Fund grant round closed on 7 June 2021, and successfully allocated £8,150 in grants. This also included uplift awards from the newly established Family Crisis Fund.
We are pleased to announce the third round of National Memorial Family Fund grants opening on 7 May 2021. We are also administering the Crisis Family Fund, which was launched in March 2021.
The National Mikey Powell Memorial Family Fund has unveiled some ambitious plans for the future. It is hoped that the new initiatives will be rolled out over the next 3 years.
