Deputy State Coroner Derek Lee has found that no one was to blame for the death of David Dungay Jnr, who died in 2015, and recommended no charges or sanctions against the prison officers involved in his death.
“Reed’s execution should not just be delayed, but canceled,” said Bernie Sanders. “Real criminal justice reform must include joining every other major democracy in eliminating the death penalty.”
