Kenny Richey
In June 1986, Kenny was arrested for a crime the evidence shows was not a crime at all. Since his conviction some months later, he has been sitting on death row, waiting to be strapped into ‘Old Sparky.’ His conviction was overturned and he was finally released in January 2008.

A San Antonio judge overturned the death sentence of Kenneth Foster in March 2005. He was convicted as the getaway driver in the 1996 murder of Michael LaHood Jr.
