Jack Alderman

Kenneth Foster
A San Antonio judge overturned the death sentence of Kenneth Foster in March 2005. He was convicted as the getaway driver in the 1996 murder of Michael LaHood Jr.

Rodney Reed
Rodney Reed has been on Texas death row since 1998 for a crime that he insists he didn’t commit. Lawyers for Rodney Reed have argued before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals that he didn’t get a fair trial.

Samar Saed Abdullah
Sitting on Iraq’s death row is a 25-year-old woman convicted in the slayings of three relatives. She says her husband carried out the killings and fled. She confessed to being an accomplice, she says, only after being tortured in police custody.

Timothy Charles Davis
Court and prison records describe Timothy Davis as a passive and non-violent person with no prior criminal record. Convicted at the age of 17, he has spent over 28 years on Alabama’s Death row.

Tony Egbuna Ford
Tony Egbuna Ford has been incarcerated on Death Row in the State of Texas for 14 years based upon flimsy and inappropriately tested evidence.

Troy Davis
On 26th September 2006 three judges made their ruling and denied an appeal despite seven key witnesses recanting their testimony. There is evidence that Troy did not receive a fair trial. Troy was executed in 2011.
