Napoleon Beazley
Napoleon had no prior criminal history and was just 17 years old at the time of his offense. He was sentenced to death for murder. There had been a call for his sentence to be commuted to life in prison – it was denied.
Reggie Clemons
Many of Reggie’s claims have never been heard in a court of law because of procedural rules that have barred the presentation of important evidence. After reviewing the evidence, two federal judges voted to overturn his death sentence and found that Reggie was denied a fair trial. But Reggie’s sentence of death remains.

Scott was 17 years of age at the time of his arrest for the murder of Michael Houghton and Laura Sanders. Because he was a juvenile at the time of his crime, his execution would be contrary to American standards of justice.
T.J Jones
Jones, 25, was executed by lethal injection on 8th August in Huntsville, Texas for the carjacking murder of a 75-year-old man.
Toronto Patterson
Toronto had no criminal record and who was just 17 years old at the time of his offense. He was executed by the state of Texas on 28th August 2002.
Beunka Adams
Beunka was a 27 year old black man imprisoned on Death Row for a crime that another man confessed to committing. Beunka was involved in a robbery in which a man was shot dead. His co-defendant admitted to the killing in his trial. This information was suppressed at Beunka’s trial. Beunka was executed in April 2012 >
Brett Hartmann
Brett was arrested on September
10th, 1997 for the murder of Winda D. Snipes. It was Brett whom discovered Winda and placed a series of 911 calls.
Cameron Todd Willingham
He was innocent and Texas killed him. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, í 2006, wrote that, in the modern judicial system there has not been “a single case–not one–in which it is clear that a person was executed for a crime he did not commit.
Charles Don Flores
Charles was arrested in may of 1998 for a robbery/slaying of which he is innocent. At the time of the crime, he was with his family and friends. Charles maintained his innocence and went to Jury trial in April of 1999. His court-appointed attorney did very little to prepare for trial.
Cleve Foster
Cleve’s ordeal began in February 2002 just two weeks after leaving the US Army. He had spent his last tour in Forth Worth, Texas, as a Recruiter. Cleve was executed by the State of Texas in September 2012 >
