Unite pentru Familii & Prieteni campaniei (UFFC) calls for an independent judicial inquiry into all suspicious deaths in custody.

The Unite Familii & Prieteni campaniei (UFFC) is a coalition of families and friends of those that have died in the custody of police and prison officers as well as those who died while detained under the Mental Health Act, in psychiatric and immigration detention. Ea are, de asemenea, membri şi susţinători din partea grupurilor de campanie şi de advocacy a organizaţiilor din întreaga Marea Britanie.

The Consultativ independent Panou pe Decese în raportul publicat în custodie 2011 Statele: în total, s-au 5,998 decese înregistrate pentru 11 de ani de la 2000 a 2010. Aceasta este o medie de 545 de decese pe an. În ciuda faptului că au fost 11 verdicte ilegale de la uciderea 1990 nu a existat niciodată o urmărire penală de succes.
