Amerika Keluarga & Teman Kampanye (UFFC) calls for an independent judicial inquiry into all suspicious deaths in custody.

Para Serikat Keluarga & Teman Kampanye (UFFC) is a coalition of families and friends of those that have died in the custody of police and prison officers as well as those who died while detained under the Mental Health Act, in psychiatric and immigration detention. Ia juga memiliki anggota dan pendukung dari kelompok kampanye dan advokasi organisasi dari seluruh Inggris.

Para Penasehat Independen Kematian di dalam laporan yang diterbitkan dalam Penitipan 2011 negara: total, ada 5,998 kematian yang tercatat untuk 11 tahun dari 2000 untuk 2010. Ini adalah rata-rata 545 kematian per tahun. Meskipun fakta telah terjadi 11 melanggar hukum pembunuhan vonis sejak 1990 ada pernah ada penuntutan yang sukses.
